As a Concept Designer / Graphic Designer, you will bridge creative ideas and flawless execution, supporting marketing, sales, and operations to ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all our food concepts.
Key responsibilities:
* Design and format proposals.
* Develop concept and design initiatives.
* Create marketing materials for operational campaigns, including POS and other visual assets.
* Ensure brand guidelines are applied across all communications.
* Collect and translate customer and market insights into value propositions across all segments.
* Manage and expand the content library (copy + visuals).
* Implement and roll out design concepts with clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
* Contribute creative ideas and visual improvements.
Skills You'll Bring
* Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
* Proven experience in layout and graphic design
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Affinity for foodservice or hospitality
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and independent
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Copywriting experience is a plus
* Good command of Dutch, French, and English
