As a CX Solutions Analyst at ORAC, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how our customers experience our digital world. You’ll blend analytical thinking, user empathy, and a passion for technology to craft seamless journeys across our E-commerce and Product Information (PIM) platforms.

🧩 Solve digital puzzles every day – Be our go-to problem-solver! You’ll dive into technical challenges, requalify tickets, and collaborate with business teams and tech partners to get things running smoothly—fast. You’ll also empower our IT Operations team to grow toward full autonomy.
📚 Turn complexity into clarity – Transform technical details into simple, actionable insights. You’ll create user-friendly documentation, guides, and records that help everyone—from marketers to developers—navigate our systems with confidence.
🧪 Test, tweak, and innovate – Whether it’s a new feature or a major release, you’ll put updates through their paces. You’ll make sure our platforms stay stable, sleek, and ready to deliver top-tier customer experiences.

This is how we describe you
* You hold a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* You have hands-on experience with Ecommerce platforms, including user management, integration, and system administration.
* You understand security protocols and apply role-based access controls with confidence.
* You’re familiar with ticketing systems and know how to manage incidents efficiently.
* You’re skilled in testing and validation processes to ensure platform stability.
* You continuously improve UI/UX and manage web content with precision.
* You think analytically and solve problems with a structured, proactive mindset.
* You communicate clearly—both in writing and speaking—and create user-friendly documentation in English.
* You bring knowledge of project management tools and methods, or you’re eager to learn them.
