Position Overview
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations across critical departments (Operations, HR, IT, etc.), design and implement standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency.
Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and business continuity.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision into actionable operational plans; establish, track, and analyze KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
Growth & Scalability: Lead initiatives that build infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure to support sustainable growth.
Financial & Resource Stewardship: Budget oversight with CFO; manage operating budget, control expenses, improve cost efficiency; allocate resources effectively.
Talent & Culture Development: Mentor senior management; champion the company’s core values to drive high performance and employee engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
Operational Expertise: Proven track record in scaling operations, driving efficiency, and managing cross‑departmental functions.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor senior teams and foster accountability.
Process Knowledge: Expert in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and strategic planning frameworks.
Education & Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly beneficial.
