As a Customer Service Representative, you ensure excellent service in an international environment by balancing customer needs, business goals, and internal processes. You take ownership, think proactively, and make sure every interaction runs smoothly.

Act as the main point of contact for Turkish and Bulgarian customers
Resolve issues and answer questions with clear follow-up
Improve service quality by gathering feedback and spotting inefficiencies
Support payment processes and handle invoice-related queries
Clarify tax-related topics together with the credit team
Manage priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Identify opportunities and take initiative to improve processes
