Your responsibilities For a client in Deinze specialised in making an artisanal food product, we are looking for a motivated baker/production employee. What will you be doing? Helping to carry out the production process according to set steps Preparing and processing multiple batches per day Cutting and grinding the product Distributing the product into moulds Moving and lifting products ( up to 15 kg, several times a day) Watching over quality, hygiene and accuracy There are a total of 3 production lines; you rotate to a different line each week Qualifications Who are you? Preferably with training/experience as a baker, in industrial catering, or as a chocolatier OR a strong interest in food or artisanal work You can handle physical work and like to roll up your sleeves Experience in food, hospitality or production is a plus, but not a must Eagerness to learn, accuracy and logical reasoning are familiar to you Good command of English You are fully prepared to roll up your sleeves and help your colleagues where needed Development and growth What do you get in return?
