We are looking for a driven Field Sales Manager to strengthen our Road Logistics team. In this role, you will take ownership of both existing customer relationships and new business development, playing a key role in expanding our footprint in the Belgian market. By building strong partnerships, winning new business, and driving sustainable growth, you will have a direct impact on our commercial success and contribute to the continued growth of our Road Logistics business.

How you create impact

1. Manage and grow your existing customer portfolio, identifying upselling opportunities and driving revenue growth
2. Proactively acquire new customers and promote our road logistics solutions
3. Prepare and present tailored offers and commercial proposals to customers
4. Lead the onboarding and implementation of new business, ensuring a smooth customer experience
5. Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor for your customers
6. Work closely with operations and planning teams to ensure service excellence and achieve shared goals

What we would like you to bring

7. Proven sales experience, preferably within a road logistics environment
8. Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills
9. Highly customer-oriented with a strong service mindset and relationship-building abilities
10. Well-organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and in possession of a valid driver’s license
11. Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English
12. Car driving licence and willingness to travel
