Role purpose To support the delivery of cross-departmental global risk and compliance initiatives by providing high-quality research, drafting, documentation, and project coordination support. The role offers broad exposure to risk management, compliance, governance, and data-enabled initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders and multiple global teams. This is a learning-oriented role designed for someone with strong analytical capability who can quickly build understanding across a wide range of risk and compliance topics. Key responsibilities Project & Initiative Support Support a broad portfolio of cross-functional Global Risk & Compliance initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and analysis through to delivery. Research & Analytical Support Conduct targeted research on a wide range of risk, compliance, governance, and monitoring topics (e.g. emerging topics, best practices, internal frameworks). Summarise findings into clear, concise briefing notes or inputs for papers, presentations, or decision materials. Support the development of structured frameworks, comparisons, or overviews used to inform senior discussions. Governance & meeting support Support governance forums (e.g. panels, councils, working groups) with preparation of supporting materials, capturing actions, decisions and ensuring follow-up. Information Capture & Summarisation Populate and maintain agreed trackers or repositories, ensuring information is accurate, well-structured, and easy to reference. Escalate gaps or inconsistencies for review. Support Data & Reporting Support Support data-enabled initiatives (e.g. dashboards, trackers, reporting tools) by: Preparing inputs, validating information, and supporting updates Helping translate data into clear summaries or visuals for reporting purposes Assist with maintaining consistency and quality across data sources used by the function Skills & experience Essential 3 of experience in a similar position or other business-related role. Strong analytical and research skills; able to understand complex topics and summarise them clearly. Excellent command of English. Good written communication skills, with the ability to draft structured, professional documents. High attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and the ability to apply sound judgement. Ability to prioritise analytical work across multiple topics, deadlines, and stakeholder needs. Confidence working with ambiguity and a willingness to learn unfamiliar subject matter. Professional maturity when interacting with senior stakeholders. Desirable Interest in risk management, compliance, governance, or professional services environments. Experience in similar field/ professional services network. Ability to connect information across different departments and themes. Comfort working with data for reporting and analysis (e.g., maintaining datasets, validating inputs, and producing clear summaries).
