Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our Claudio Coello Flagship Store in Madrid. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the store achieves sales targets, operates efficiently, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, implementing retail strategies, enforcing loss prevention measures, and ensuring customer satisfaction through leadership and effective communication.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
* Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus
* Strong Communication skills and team leadership capabilities
* Ability to analyze sales performance and implement strategic improvements
* Previous experience in premium retail or cosmetic/perfumery sectors is an advantage
* Proficiency in business tools and store management software is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
