Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
Mission
* As part of its transformation programs, Client is looking for a program manager to carry out one of them. The mission will consist of carrying out the merger of three different programs as well as the resulting management of the program.
* As this program aims to transform the company, the mission will involve ensuring that this project is oriented towards a business transformation and not simply an IT migration project.
The mission of the Program Manager will consist of:
* Participate and help define the scope, schedule and budget of the projects for which he/she will be responsible
* Ensure the end-to-end management of projects, from partner selection to the transition to run mode, which will include, among others:
* The organization and facilitation of meetings, including the steering committees.
* Monitoring of project activities and deliverables.
* Management of the project's internal and external communication with internal stakeholders.
* Organize and coordinate change management
* Communicate with IT teams, the business and potential service providers
Profile
* You have strong expertise in production management/Technical management.
* You have a good knowledge of the public transport profession or more generally of Belgian public organisations.
* You have a good capacity for persuasion.
* You have the analytical, writing and synthesis skills necessary for this type of position.
