As L&D HR Officer, you'll be responible for:
* Coordinate, organize, and deliver training sessions
* Maintain & update the training catalogue
* Identify development needs and manage relationships with external training providers
* Ensure accurate HR data management and documentation (training records, performance data, job files)
* Coordinate and manage the performance management cycle (ensuring timely completion of objectives setting and reviews)
* Act as key user of HR tools providing user support and driving adoption across the organization
* Maintain and update job descriptions, job grading, and organizational charts
* Support career development initiatives
* Contribute and support HR activities when needed
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, training, education, or a related field
* Fluent in English, with a good command of French and Dutch
* First experience in HR, HR Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role (junior profiles welcome)
* Dynamic, proactive, and able to convince stakeholders to adopt new tools and processes
* Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset
* Curious and hands-on, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of HR systems and tools
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
