What’s yours?About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager - Luxaflex to drive commercial growth across the Belgian market. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for shaping and executing a structured, differentiated market approach in a highly competitive and fragmented landscape.You will play a pivotal role in strengthening brand positioning, professionalising the commercial organisation, and delivering multi-brand growth particularly across the insect screen and outdoor product segments.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth market analysis of the Belgian insect screen and outdoor marketsDevelop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and marketing strategyDrive coordinated market development across multiple brands (including Luxaflex, Artex, Multisol, and Zonnelux)Strengthen and grow the dealer network, increasing multi-brand adoption and loyaltyLead and develop the local marketing function and strategyEnsure consistent brand positioning aligned with EU-wide strategyManage and develop both internal and external sales teamsPartner cross-functionally to deliver sustainable commercial growthWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related fieldProven experience in business development, sales management, or commercial leadership (typically 5–10 years)Strong understanding of B2B dealer networks (experience in home décor, shading solutions, or related technical sectors is advantageous)Core SkillsStrategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilityAbility to translate market insights into actionable commercial plansStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationEffective communication, influence, and negotiation skillsLeadership & BehavioursWe are looking for a leader who:Inspires teams with a clear vision and strong ownership mindsetDrives performance through effective prioritisation and executionBuilds strong relationships and fosters collaborationDemonstrates accountability, entrepreneurial thinking, and transparencyWhy Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to shape market strategy in a competitive and evolving sector, working across multiple established brands while building strong commercial foundations for future growth.If you are a commercially driven leader with a passion for market development and building high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you.Please apply with your CV in English!
