Compensation Details
The salary range for this position is $70,000 annually.
Role Overview
Join our team as a Marketing Specialist! Step into a role where your relationship‑building skills and marketing expertise truly matter. As an Account Manager, you’ll partner directly with franchise owners, guiding them through their local digital marketing strategies and ensuring they have the tools and insights to grow. You’ll serve as their trusted point of contact and the key link between our network and our digital marketing vendor—making you an essential driver of franchise success.
What You’ll Do
* Hold digital marketing vendors accountable for deliverables, quality, and performance to ensure campaigns meet franchisee needs.
* Serve as a key communication link—sharing accurate updates with franchisees, internal teams, and the Digital Marketing Manager.
* Partner closely with the Digital Marketing team to align strategies and maximize local marketing effectiveness across the network.
* Understand each franchise’s goals, capacity, and performance expectations, reviewing dashboards daily to stay informed.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to franchise owners during strategy calls, performance reviews, and ongoing discussions.
* Coordinate meetings between franchisees and vendors, set clear expectations, and ensure smooth execution across all stages of campaigns.
* Oversee campaign quality control, monitor progress from start to finish, and manage administrative tasks to keep all marketing efforts organized and on track.
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum 2 years of marketing agency or digital marketing experience
* Strong oral and written communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑experts
* Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage budgets effectively
* Solid understanding of digital marketing, including Google Ads, creative processes, and digital production workflows
* Working knowledge of social media, PPC, LSA, SEO, display, and email marketing platforms
* Strategic thinker with the ability to see the broader business and campaign objectives
* Eager to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and programs
Education And Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience as an SEO specialist.
