Digital Innovation Consultant
Location: Brussels (2 days on-site presence required)
Responsibilities:
Engage with engineering and project teams to understand pain points and operational needs.
Identify and prioritize high-value digital use cases, including AI, automation, analytics, and collaboration tools.
Design and implement lightweight solutions such as Copilot agents or prototypes in a no-code/low-code environment.
Translate business needs into digital solutions and ensure alignment with existing tools and platforms.
Facilitate workshops, adoption sessions, and user training to drive usage and engagement.
Continuously test, iterate, and improve solutions based on user feedback.
Support change management and ensure adoption of tools across diverse stakeholder groups.
Track and communicate value delivered, such as efficiency gains, time savings, and improved decision-making.
Act as a bridge between business and digital teams, combining hands‑on technical work with business understanding.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Strong interest and hands‑on experience with digital innovation and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, GPT agents).
Ability to create, configure, and improve AI agents (prompting, context handling, iteration) in a no‑code/low‑code environment.
Capability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions (business + tech hybrid profile).
Experience working closely with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose value‑driven use cases.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams (engineering, IT, digital).
Focus on adoption and value realization, not just tool development.
Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge existing ways of working.
Proficiency in English.
Desired Skills:
Experience in the manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of digital adoption practices (training, change management, user engagement).
Familiarity with project management support or engineering environments.
Proficiency in French.
Experience working in international or cross‑geography teams.
