The role carries full accountability for supply chain execution, asset deployment and utilization, customer service and operations, and reliable delivery to end customers. /p pA core member of the regional leadership team, the Supply Chain Leader translates business strategy into supply chain plans, delivers insights into demand and capacity dynamics, and ensures optimal cost‑to‑serve while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3End‑to‑End Supply Chain Leadership /h3 ul liOwn and lead the end‑to‑end supply chain across the CEE Trade Markets, from demand shaping and asset strategy through to customer delivery and service execution. /li liProvide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders, covering: ul liAsset installation and utilization /li liCustomer service and operations /li liOrder fulfilment and delivery execution /li /ul /li liEnsure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets and operating models. /li /ul h3Business Partnership IBP Leadership /h3 ul liPartner closely with the CEE Trade Commercial Leaders and market leadership teams to: ul liUnderstand business strategy, growth drivers, and market‑specific priorities /li liTranslate commercial ambition into executable supply chain plans /li /ul /li liPlay a critical role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) by: ul liProviding insights into demand signals, capacity constraints, and risk/opportunity trade‑offs /li liShaping and challenging demand plans to support growth while protecting service and cost performance /li /ul /li liAct as a trusted advisor to commercial and regional leaders on supply chain implications of market decisions. /li /ul h3Asset Strategy, Growth Enablement /h3 ul liLead cluster‑wide strategies for: ul liAsset efficiency and utilization /li liNew asset installation and deployment planning /li liNew Product Introductions (NPIs) and other growth enablers /li liLife cycle management within the portfolio /li /ul /li liEnsure capital and asset deployment decisions are aligned to demand evolution, customer needs, and long‑term business strategy. /li liDrive standardization and best‑practice sharing across markets to accelerate time‑to‑value. /li /ul h3Cost Optimization Service Excellence /h3 ul liLead initiatives to optimize the end‑to‑end cost‑to‑serve while maintaining or improving customer service levels. /li liIdentify structural cost improvement opportunities across logistics, operations, asset usage, and service models. /li liBalance service, growth, and cost trade‑offs to deliver optimal outcomes for both customers and the enterprise. /li /ul h3Global Platform Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with International and Global Supply Chain teams to: ul liDrive improvements in collaboration, visibility, and execution /li liResolve systemic issues and remove recurring constraints /li liInfluence global capabilities, tools, and standards based on regional needs /li /ul /li /ul h3People Leadership Capability Building /h3 ul liLead, coach, and develop in‑market supply chain leaders, building a strong, succession‑ready talent pipeline. /li liFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus across the cluster. /li liDrive engagement and alignment across geographically and
