Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Work as a Technical/Solution Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements.
* Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.
* Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management and Intelligence
* Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions ( Optional for Solution Architect )
Stakeholder Management :
* Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Governance and Best Practices:
* Establish best practices, guidelines, and compliance requirements for implementation.
Client Engagement:
* Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with client expectations.
* Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
Technical Expertise:
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development.
* Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization
* Ability to perform technical debt assessments and optimize high-volume SQL queries and SSJS scripts to ensure platform stability and prevent 'Governor Limit' breaches.
* Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems via APIs. ( Optional for Solution Architect)

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant,Marketing Cloud Personalization...).
* Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
