The Market Manager role will be employed by Globalization Partners Brazil Pte. Ltd and based in Brazil. The role will include providing services to the Student Recruitment department of Kaplan Business School (KBS), with a focus on expanding KBS’s reach and impact across the Latin America market.
As Market Manager, you will be responsible for promoting KBS programs across Latin America, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality relationship management and customer service through proactive initiatives.
You will play a key role in driving student recruitment, strengthening partnerships, and increasing brand visibility, while ensuring alignment with KBS’s global standards and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
* Promote and represent the KBS brand across Latin America, building strong partnerships with education agents, institutions, and industry stakeholders
* Develop and execute regional student recruitment and marketing plans to achieve growth targets
* Identify new business opportunities, recruitment channels, and market segments
* Manage and strengthen relationships with recruitment agents, ensuring performance and alignment with strategy
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide insights to inform decision‑making
* Plan and attend education events, fairs, and networking opportunities across the region
* Monitor recruitment performance, analyse campaign effectiveness, and report on key metrics
* Ensure compliance with ESOS regulations, Genuine Student requirements, and KBS policies
Key Requirements
* Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and spoken)
* Proven experience in international student recruitment, ideally within the Australian education sector
* Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment targets and executing regional marketing strategies
* Strong understanding of the Australian education system and regulatory environment
* Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends
* High level of organisation, time management, and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
* Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required
