You understand how to turn complex or technical input into relevant and engaging content that strengthens our brand, supports lead generation, and helps move prospects through the funnel. While your work will be mainly digital-first, you are also comfortable contributing to content that is used across other professional touchpoints and channels.
You will join our marketing team of around 20 professionals. In close collaboration with colleagues in segment marketing, digital marketing, marketing automation, sales, and other internal stakeholders, you will help shape the content that supports our strategic growth ambitions.
What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for translating business, market, and campaign needs into strong professional content for B2B audiences.
* Content Creation & Development
* You create content that is relevant, professional, and fit for purpose. You translate briefs, commercial needs, and technical input into content that works for professional audiences, mainly in digital formats but also across other touchpoints when needed.
* B2B & Technical Content Translation
* You know how to turn more complex or technical topics into content that is clear, engaging, and commercially relevant. You help make sure that our communication towards professional audiences, including architects and exterior wood professionals, is both credible and effective.
* Campaign & Funnel Support
* You work closely with marketing colleagues to develop content that supports campaigns, lead generation, nurturing flows, and sales follow-up. You understand that strong content is not only creative, but also needs to contribute to business goals.
* Content Planning & Collaboration
* You align with colleagues across segment marketing, digital marketing, sales, and marketing automation to understand content needs and priorities. You help ensure that the right content is developed for the right audience, format, and channel.
* Quality & Consistency
* You help safeguard a professional and consistent brand presentation across content formats and touchpoints. You combine creativity with structure and know how to deliver quality output in a dynamic environment.
Who are you?
* You have experience in content creation, creative marketing, graphic design, copywriting, or another relevant creative role.
* You are able to translate content needs into strong, professional B2B content.
* You know how to turn complex or technical input into content that is clear, engaging, and relevant.
* You are comfortable creating digital-first content, while understanding that not all content lives only online.
* You understand how content supports campaigns, lead generation, and nurturing.
* You are able to adapt tone, message, and format to different audiences and stages in the funnel.
* You combine creativity with structure and can manage multiple content needs at the same time.
* You enjoy working closely with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
* Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite is required, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
* You have a strong eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and digital design.
* You are able to create high-quality assets across static, motion, video, presentation, and social formats.
* You understand how creative assets need to adapt across channels, audiences, and funnel stages.
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to adapt or build dynamic creatives is a plus.
* Experience creating content for professional audiences, architects, or technical products is a plus.
* You have a professional command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German is a plus.
