PpbDeadline Date: /b Tuesday 2 June 2026 /p pbRequirement Title: /b Senior Engineer DCS (NaaS) /p pbLocation: /b Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium /p pbFull time on-site: /b Yes /p pbTotal Scope of the request(hours): /b 1000 /p pbRequired Start Date: /b 13 July2026 /p pbEnd Contract Date: /b 31 December 2026 /p pbRequired Security Clearance: /b NATO Secret /p pbSpecific Working Conditions: /b Normal Office Conditions; Some work outside of normal office hours may be required; Up to 50 TDY within Belgium per year /p h3Duties and Role /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise WiFi infrastructure across offices, campuses, warehouses, and remote sites. /li liPerform RF surveys, wireless capacity planning, coverage optimization, and interference analysis. /li liConfigure and support wireless controllers, access points, guest networks, and secure authentication services. /li liTroubleshoot complex WiFi issues including roaming, latency, coverage gaps, authentication, and client connectivity. /li liMonitor wireless health using Splunk and other monitoring platforms; create dashboards, alerts, and performance reports. /li liAnalyze logs and telemetry data to proactively identify wireless risks and service degradation. /li liDevelop automation solutions using Python or Ansible to streamline wireless provisioning, audits, and standards compliance. /li liUtilize wireless monitoring tools to track coverage, client experience, device health, and performance trends. /li liLead incident response for critical wireless outages and restore service within SLA targets. /li liPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements to reduce recurring wireless issues. /li liServe as senior escalation point for complex wireless problems and strategic initiatives. /li liMentor junior engineers and share best practices in wireless design and troubleshooting. /li liLead wireless projects such as office rollouts, hardware refreshes, migrations, and technology upgrades. /li liMaintain accurate documentation, standards, and operational procedures for the wireless environment. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum CCNP Enterprise (Wireless concentration preferred), CWNP, or equivalent advanced wireless certification. /li li7+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise WiFi engineering and operations. /li liStrong expertise in wireless LAN technologies including 802.11 standards, RF design, roaming, channel planning, and interference mitigation. /li liAdvanced knowledge of enterprise WiFi platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Juniper Mist, or similar. /li liExperience with Splunk for monitoring, log analysis and troubleshooting. /li liNetwork automation skills using Python or Ansible is a nice to have. /li liHands‑on knowledge of network and wireless monitoring tools. /li liStrong understanding of AAA services such as RADIUS, TACACS+, Cisco ISE, ClearPass, or similar NAC solutions. /li liExperience with incident management, root cause analysis, and major wireless outage resolution. /li liExperience mentoring engineers, leading projects, and acting as senior escalation point. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
