We are currently supporting a leading international financial institution in Luxembourg in their search for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join their team on an urgent temporary assignment.
Please note: this role is open to freelancers only, for a 3-month assignment on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of identity and access management processes at a local level and ensure their proper execution in line with internal policies. Your main tasks will include:
Taking full ownership of local IAM/Idam processes and ensuring their effective execution
Ensuring that internal control frameworks are properly applied, including key principles such as segregation of duties (SOD) and the four-eyes principle
Handling and monitoring user access requests efficiently, as well as supporting access review and recertification processes, including timely revocation where required
Acting as a key point of contact and collaborating closely with local and global stakeholders, particularly IT Application Owners and Information Security representatives, on all topics related to identity and access
Coordinating activities aligned with ITIL practices, including incident management, problem resolution, and change processes
Your profile
Solid experience in identity and access administration, such as Active Directory or user management within applications
Familiarity with ticketing tools, ideally ServiceNow, is considered an advantage
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills and prioritisation capabilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a clear sense of urgency and attention to deadlines
Knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment and prior experience within the financial services industry would be a plus
Education & languages:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT or a related field, and/or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
