What You'll Do
* Lead and execute end-to-end testing activities across complex data pipelines and risk-related data flows.
* Validate data quality, completeness, and accuracy from source systems through to reporting and consumption layers.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and data engineers to ensure seamless delivery of data solutions.
* Analyze regulatory and credit risk requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and validation frameworks.
* Create, maintain, and improve detailed documentation covering test strategies, test cases, data mappings, validation procedures, and project deliverables.
* Identify risks, defects, and process improvements while driving testing best practices across the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
✅ Strong knowledge of Regulatory and Credit Risk domains.
✅ Proven experience with end-to-end testing of data pipelines, including data validation, reconciliation, and integration testing.
✅ Solid understanding of data warehousing, data transformation processes, and large-scale data environments.
✅ Ability to design and execute complex test scenarios covering functional, data, and business validation requirements.
✅ Exceptional documentation skills with experience creating extensive, structured, and audit-ready project documentation.
✅ Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
✅ Effective communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business teams.
