We are seeking a highly skilled Media Supervisor with 5-8 years of experience, with strong expertise in digital media planning & buying, broadcast exposure, and proven ability to lead and train junior staff. The ideal candidate must have an agency background, have the ability to be client-facing, be highly proficient with presentation preparation and delivery, have robust digital reporting and analytics skills, and be fluent with working with pixels, floodlights, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Strata, and Meta Business Manager. Depending on your proximity to our Newtown Square office, this would be either a hybrid position or a fully remote position. Occasional travel to our physical office may be required for a fully remote worker. This position reports directly to the Media Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development, planning, execution, optimization, and budget management of integrated media campaigns (display, programmatic, paid social, search, streaming), with some oversight of broadcast media buys where applicable.
* Set up, manage, and validate tracking and pixel infrastructure and ensure data integrity.
* Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
* Assist in integrated media planning and coordination as needed.
* Client-facing role: prepare presentations of media plans, wrap up campaign reports and strategic optimizations, and communicate strategy in a clear and compelling way.
* Mentor, manage, and help train more junior team members.
* Work collaboratively with internal departments and external vendor partners.
* Stay current on industry trends, new media platforms, tools, best practices, measurement innovations, and multicultural media channels & audiences.
* Possess the ability to steward a project from initial brief to completion.
* Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
* 5-8 years of experience specifically in integrated media planning & buying; strong emphasis on digital media experience.
* Excellent digital reporting skills: ability to analyze data, draw out insights, optimize, and present findings to internal teams and clients.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong presentation skills, high degree of comfort with client interaction.
* Must be a team player and have the ability to train & mentor junior staff and facilitate cross-department collaboration.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent.
* Advertising agency experience required.
* Experience with pixels, floodlights, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Strata, and Meta Business Manager is required
* Experience with tools such as Nielsen, MRI/Simmons, and programmatic platforms is strongly preferred.
* Multicultural media experience preferred but not required.
* Preference will be given to candidates who live in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Job Type
* Full-time (9am to 5pm EST).
* Work location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week in office – depending on proximity to our PA office:)
Compensation and Benefits
$80,000-$95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
