PpAs bHead of Marketing /b, you play a pivotal role in the Bluecrux growth journey. You are part of the executive management team, actively contributing to company-wide decisions and are the driver behind the global Bluecrux brand. You ensure that the Bluecrux brand is on point and creates the right reputation, a reputation as a cutting edge global specialist leader in Technology and Consulting. /p pWhile the team brings strong creativity, ideas and market knowledge, your mandate is to bring a bvision, structure, focus and scalability /b, without losing momentum. You’ll own the Marketing budget and are responsible for a marketing team of around 10 people. /p pYour scope covers bBrand Communication, Design, Events and Marketing Incubator Cell /b, focused on building and scaling new capabilities such as performance marketing, new campaigning approaches, AI enablement, modern content and storytelling. /p pYour key responsibilities include: /p ul liLeading the global marketing organisation and team towards stronger collaboration, prioritisation and business understanding. /li liDefining direction and setting structure by introducing clear processes, decision frameworks, timelines and ownership across marketing initiatives. /li liOwning the marketing portfolio: managing priorities, following up on delivery, ensuring scalability of initiatives and overseeing budgets. /li liOwn internal and external communication, ensuring consistency and a high-quality experience for everyone that gets in touch with our brand (going from internal communications, internal events to employer branding and client events). /li liActing as a strategic partner to the business by translating Go‑To‑Market and business vision into concrete marketing roadmaps and outcomes. /li /ul h3About you /h3 pYou are ba credible and curious Marketing leader /b who provides strategic guidance rather than taking over execution. /p pYou bring ba minimum of 10 years of experience /b, including bat least 2 years in a Senior Marketing leadership role /b, within internationally oriented and growing organisations. /p pYou demonstrate hands‑on credibility: you have done the real marketing role yourself, with a bstrong focus on branding and communication /b, and you lead by example. You bring a bproven B2B background /b, preferably in technology or professional services. /p pYou’re a strong team manager and organiser who brings structure, maps and improves workflows, and helps teams work more efficiently together. You enable and steer creativity without taking it over. /p pYou’re visionary and forward‑thinking, with an bAI‑native mindset /b: comfortable exploring and leading change around AI, LLMs, content marketing and demand generation. /p pYou have a global mindset and show it; you stimulate global thinking within the team and are willing to travel. /p pYou have a bMaster’s degree /b in Business Administration or in a relevant field. /p pYou’re fluent in bEnglish /b, our shared language across teams and countries. /p pYou feel connected with and ready to represent our company values: bdig deep, own it, come together, move fast and be kind /b. /p pYou have a valid driver’s licence or are willing to obtain one within the next six months. /p pAt Bluecrux, you don’t step into an “as-is” role; byou shape what’s next /b. /p pYou’ll operate in an international context with ambitious growth plans and will have room to make a visible impact.
