Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join its team.
Role & Responsibilities
* Capturing and analyzing of business requirements
* Functional analysis and modelling
* Business processes modelling
* Functional requirements and business cases analysis
* Quality Assurance
* Drafting Test plans and test scenarios linked to business requirements
Qualifications
Knowledge and skills
* Good experience of information systems matters
* Good experience of large organization administrative business processes
* Good experience of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model etc.)
* Good experience of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
* 1 to 3 years of experience as Business Analyst
* Knowledge of Agile methodology
* Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
* Capability to speak to business and technical audiences
* Strong capacity to give high level presentations
* Ability to apply high quality standards
* Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator in French and English
* Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
