Develop, produce, and monitor the physico-chemical behaviour of new formulations, while supporting production teams and providing samples for field trials, GLP studies, and registration dossiers
Formulate products according to R&D / Marketing guidelines and analyse results (viscosity, pH, foam, etc.)
Support production by drafting Manufacturing Requirements Documents and analysing samples
Conduct stability studies, compatibility tests, and reverse-engineering analyses
Maintain laboratory equipment and manage stock levels
Bachelor's degree in industrial/analytical chemistry or equivalent experience
Knowledge of formulation, physico-chemical analysis & laboratory equipment
French fluent + practical English (spoken & written)
Proficient in standard IT tools (SharePoint, Smartsheet, lab software)
Rigorous, autonomous, and team-oriented
