The role involves evaluating the current technology landscape, defining a clear vision for short- and long-term solutions, writing IT chapters for the specifications book, and ensuring consistency and quality across all sites. /p h3Strategy Architecture /h3 pLead the long-term technology roadmap to support growth, streamline operations, enhance the guest experience, and scale across locations and markets. /p h3YUST Ecosystem /h3 pOversee the integration and day-to-day management of the full tech stack across hospitality, events, FB, CRM, finance, access control, and other operational tools. Ensure platforms such as MEWS, Microsoft 365, Exact, Elvy, Growzer, Power BI, Lightspeed, and SPACE work seamlessly together as one connected ecosystem. /p h3Innovation /h3 pDesign, test, and refine digital features, workflows, and integrations before rollout.
