Ph3Relocation Consultant Position Overview /h3 pWe are recruiting for a Relocation Consultant who will coordinate the delivery of local destination service programs for SIRVA Relocation clients, acting as the primary point of coordination and accountability to internal consultants and transferring assignees while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. The role manages expenses at the lowest possible level for the corporate client and contributes to optimum revenues for SIRVA Relocation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnder the client allocation, administer and manage the relocation process of the assignee and family from pre‑decision trip to arrival, settling in, and ongoing support, including preview trips, home search, school search, settling in, and repatriation. /li liInitiate and maintain documentation from the client and establish both paper and electronic files. /li liMake timely contacts with SIRVA internal consultants, third‑party providers, and assignees within given key performance indicators (KPIs). /li liCoordinate with all internal departments/functions to ensure successful assignee experience. /li liStay up‑to‑date on local and expatriate issues in the international community, including housing markets, international schools, recreation, health, transportation, groceries, expatriate activities, domestic help, etc. /li liMaintain inventories of SIRVA Relocation reference materials for the expatriate “Welcome Kit” and stay abreast of useful information that benefits the destination service program. /li liMaintain good relationships with international schools (administrators), stay updated on school occupancies, and participate in school invitations to ensure full knowledge of curricula. /li liEducate assignees or internal consultants on minor relocation issues, communicate with client HR regarding exception management specific to individual assignees, including recommendations on policy exceptions, and keep client HR informed of issues and solutions. /li liWork according to the requirements of the Company Quality System. /li liReport actual and potential problems and unsatisfactory practices to your manager for action. /li liMaintain the Relocation Database – SMARTS / Service Engine. /li liManage third‑party providers such as field consultants, car rental companies, etc., and coordinate them in the destination service program for the transferring assignee and family. /li liProvide SIRVA Relocation reports as requested. /li liParticipate in client/prospect visits and presentations when required. /li /ul h3Qualifications Preferred Skills /h3 ul li3–5 years experience in real estate, relocation, human resources, accounting, or finance. /li liExcellent communication and diplomatic skills, preferably with experience living abroad and/or communicating with all levels of employees across cultures. /li liFluency in English and at least one additional language. /li liStrong customer‑service background and proven skills in project and service partner management. /li liTeam player, self‑starter with initiative and drive. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access). /li liBachelor’s degree preferred. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pSirva offers a global brand with cross‑regional opportunities, a culture that emphasizes diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing benefits, and a flexible hybrid work model supported by work‑from‑home and core flex hours. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
