Business Intelligence & Analytics Product Manager

Reporting to: Director of Product Management
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of next-generation analytics solutions within Enterprise Imaging.
In this role, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive real business and customer outcomes. Acting as a product leader, you will bridge business needs, customer expectations, and technical execution to ensure the delivery of intuitive, scalable, and high-impact analytics products.

What You’ll Do
1. Product Strategy & Vision
1. Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for BI, Analytics and Data Monitoring solutions
2. Lead discovery through customer interviews, market research, and data insights
3. Translate complex problems into clear product opportunities and deliverables
4. Balance customer needs, data quality initiatives, and technical priorities
2. Product Delivery & Execution
5. Drive Agile/SAFe delivery across cross-functional teams
6. Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and release cycles
7. Collaborate with engineering and data teams on data models, pipelines, and quality
8. Define success metrics and use analytics to track adoption and impact
9. AI enablement to improve content management, report and data lifecycle
3. Customer & Market Focus
10. Design intuitive dashboards and reporting experiences (executive, operational, self-service)
11. Engage directly with customers throughout the product lifecycle
12. Continuously gather and translate feedback into product improvements
13. Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and data privacy standards
4. Go-to-Market Collaboration
14. Partner with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, packaging, and messaging
15. Support demos, customer conversations, and escalations
16. Help translate product value into compelling customer outcomes
5. Market Growth & Portfolio Expansion
17. Provide a short- and long-term AI integration vision to help expand the product portfolio, articulating hype versus value.
18. Identify and evaluate market growth opportunities, including new use cases, customer segments, and geographic expansion
19. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and investment decisions
20. Drive expansion of the BI & Analytics portfolio by defining new features, modules, or adjacent offerings that unlock additional value
21. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
22. Leverage data insights and customer feedback to prioritize high-impact growth initiatives
23. Contribute to business case development and ROI analysis for new product opportunities and market entry strategies
What You Bring
Experience & Expertise
24. Proven experience in Product Management within analytics, data, or SaaS environments
25. Strong knowledge of:
26. Data modeling, KPIs, and analytics frameworks
27. BI tools and modern data stacks (cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT)
28. Product analytics, telemetry, and experimentation
29. Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
30. Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Domain Knowledge
31. Experience in Healthcare IT, ideally Enterprise Imaging
32. Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
33. Familiarity with governance practices such as data catalogues and master data management
34. Healthcare reporting models and business requirements for SLA and KPI
35. Healthcare data flow and workflows for patient interactions

Qualifications
42. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Clinical field, or equivalent experience
43. Master’s degree preferred
44. Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT and Product Management
45. Training or certifications in
46. Oracle BI,
47. Google Looker,
48. OpenSearch
49. Grafana, application layer and visualization tools.
