About the Mission
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to support several initiatives within learning, training compliance and role-based learning in a GMP environment.
The main focus of the assignment will be:
* Mapping role-based learning plans per function
* Structuring skill and training requirements
* Coordinating a project on risk-based implementation of quizzes after training
Key Responsibilities
1. Role-Based Learning
* Develop and maintain role-based learning plans per function
* Support departments in identifying required trainings and competencies
* Structure curricula and learning objects within the LMS
* Contribute to the design of a more skill-based and scalable learning architecture
2. Project Coordination: Risk-Based Quiz Implementation
* Coordinate the project for implementing quizzes after training
* Support a risk-based approach for knowledge verification
* Align with stakeholders on scope, priorities and implementation roadmap
* Support the design and content development of quizzes
* Follow up on planning, actions and communication between involved teams
Profile & Requirements:
* 7–10 years of experience in a GMP environmen
* Proven experience with LMS systems and e-learning platforms
* Demonstrated experience in project management (coordination, planning, stakeholder management)
* Team player with the ability to collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams
* Structured, analytical and quality-oriented way of working
* Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory
