Role
This is a project role with an anticipated end date of September 2027. At completion of the project, the intent is to integrate into a new role within the organization, subject to business needs.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Brazil market change interventions using global playbooks and toolkits, localised to market needs in collaboration with the BI Market Change Coordinator.
* Own and execute the market communications plan, adapting global materials to local audiences, tone of voice, and language requirements.
* Validate change impact assessments, attend relevant local design sessions, and capture impacts within the Change Impact Template.
* Lead and manage the Market Change Agent network, tailoring communications and engagement by function and role.
* Own market level change risks, issues and roadblocks, escalating to the Market Change Advocate and Regional Change team as required.
* Consolidate feedback, adoption metrics and readiness assessments from local teams and report status to the Regional Change team.
Qualifications
* Understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies, formal certification beneficial but not required.
* Strong understanding of local market operations, stakeholders and organisational structures.
* Proven experience supporting complex transformation or ERP programmes.
* Strong programme management, planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience leading and managing teams.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Comfort operating in formal governance forums.
* Advanced English.
