Position: Ecommerce Manager (Retail Media) – Jr / Digital Commerce (Retail Media). This role defines the Retail Media strategy and drives digital commerce engagement in collaboration with eTrade, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Media teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead development and execution of Retail Media strategies with key e-commerce partners and marketplaces to grow sales and brand visibility.
* Manage end-to-end Retail Media campaigns: planning, briefing, execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
* Collaborate with media agencies, commercial teams, and retailer partners to ensure flawless campaign implementation and correct budget allocation.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion, sell-out impact) to identify optimization opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with retail media platforms and retailer stakeholders to generate new media opportunities and joint business initiatives.
* Develop annual and quarterly Retail Media plans aligned to business objectives, category priorities, and commercial calendars.
* Partner with trade marketing, media, commercial, and brand teams to create integrated omnichannel activation strategies.
* Manage Retail Media investments, budget control, invoicing, and financial reconciliation with agencies and retailers.
* Promote data-driven decision making using dashboards and retailer data to optimize investment strategies.
* Identify trends and best practices in Retail Media and digital commerce to evolve capabilities and performance.
* Support frameworks for measurement and attribution models to assess incremental business impact.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience in Retail Media, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, or related areas.
* Proven track record in managing media campaigns on retailer and marketplace platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
* Experience managing media budgets, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance.
* Knowledge of key Retail Media and digital media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion).
* Advanced English; advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with AMAZON Ads.
