The role:
⢠Lead and develop a sales organisation comprising 5 direct reports and 18 indirect reports
⢠Drive performance, accountability, and forecasting excellence across the team
⢠Implement structure, process improvements, and operational rigor
⢠Coach managers and senior sales talent to maximise performance
⢠Partner closely with leadership to execute the regional growth strategy
⢠Balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership and execution
What weâre looking for:
⢠5-10 years of experience scaling or maturing outbound sales organisations
⢠Experience in second-line leadership and managing through managers
⢠Strong operational and data-driven mindset
⢠Proven ability to drive accountability and performance improvement
⢠Experience implementing sales processes, structure, and best practices
⢠Strategic thinker who enjoys being close to the business
⢠Fluent Dutch and English
Nice to have:

⢠Hospitality technology experience
⢠Ability to complement an existing highly energetic leadership team with a structured and analytical approach
