Supports the Sales and Product Management organisation in complex solution selling by providing in-depth technical expertise. Develops a relationship with the engineering department of the customer, as well as internally, to discuss and analyse possible solutions for the customer.
Job description
* Reviews of technical and product related requirements, T&Cs/SOW, as well as quotation preparation and review.
* Technical support to Sales and Product Management for all Defense & Security and Air Traffic Control product lines.
* Be first line support towards customers for technical integration issues.
* Supports technical demonstrations and presentations to customers.
* Manage the demonstrator unit pool for exhibitions and customer visits.
* Support of obsolescence management and Product Lifecycle Management.
* Will report to the Product Manager.
* Master’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in the field of engineering
* Must have a strong technical skill set in similar industry or technology
* Fluent communication skills in English
* Technical Problem solving skills
* Business orientation
* Commercial thinking
* An interest or experience in Defense/Security & Air Traffic Control is a plus
