Want to work in one of the most innovative businesses at Amazon? Interested in working in a high impact role? Devices team is looking for a Fire TV Sales leader to own demand generation, strategy, and category management for our streaming media player business.

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑obsessed, analytical and results driven Product Manager to join the team. The candidate will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast‑changing environment, and communicate clearly and persuasively. In this role, you will work with a cross‑functional team including product development, demand planning, finance and marketing to grow the business.

You will help customers discover our latest devices, develop channel‑specific sales strategies, and test/implement new demand generation levers that deliver device sales and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving product sales in innovative categories, take ownership of the business, and be comfortable driving a mix of both strategy through to the brass tacks of execution.

We are looking for a person who:

* Has experience in building sales plan and P&L management.
* Quickly formulates plans that are deeply backed by data and executes them across work functions.
* Communicates clearly and effectively with cross‑functional groups.
* Has good analytical skills and feels comfortable analyzing data and financial models.
* Is a self‑starter, can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in an ambiguous environment.
* Is not afraid of rolling up his/her sleeves and does whatever is necessary to meet team goals.
* Has the obsession to drive a best‑in‑class experience across our Amazon Devices.


Key job responsibilities

* You will be accountable for leading Fire TV business, defining the long‑term strategic vision in Brazil.
* Drive demand: includes running and developing new initiatives for selling devices on Amazon.com.br and our retail partners.
* Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time.
* Conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
* Communicate results effectively to senior leadership.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in Brazil.

A day in the life

While each day may differ, you will continuously learn, innovate, and grow as a product leader. Depending on the day, you will be defining a category vision, writing business reviews for senior leaders, partnering with go‑to‑market to determine the best way to delight customers, or addressing customer feedback. This role is inherently cross‑functional, partnering with many stakeholders, which means you need to deeply understand the product vision, think holistically and make trade‑off decisions that weigh strategic benefits and long‑term value. You will consensus cross‑function contributors, delivering what you need for our customers.

Basic Qualifications

* 3+ years of product management experience
* Experience managing technical products or online services
* Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross‑functional teams in delivery of major new products or services


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
