Remote Sales Representative Benelux (m/w/d)
About the role:
For our Radiofrequency Therapy business unit within our Neuromodulation Division, we are looking for a Remote Sales Representative (m/f/d) as soon as possible (home office and by arrangement at our office in Düsseldorf).
Your responsibilities will include :
1. Independent consulting and telephone/video-based sales of medical devices in the field of radiofrequency therapy
2. Professional telephone/video support and management of existing customers, as well as acquisition of new customers
3. Preparation and processing of offers
4. Independent distribution of informational materials to assigned customers
5. Updating and maintaining the customer database
6. Handling and processing customer complaints
7. Close collaboration with various internal stakeholders, such as field sales colleagues
What are we looking for:
8. Successfully completed university degree (or equivalent) or vocational training with relevant experience
9. Interest in and enthusiasm for sales
10. Strong sales skills, as well as excellent organizational and communication abilities
11. High level of teamwork, customer orientation, and quality awareness
12. Proficient in MS Office, ideally also familiar with SAP
13. Good written and spoken Dutch, English and ideally French.
