Your responsibilities will include: Drive the Recruitment Process: You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all internship positions—from crafting engaging job descriptions to actively sourcing, screening, and connecting with the next wave of talent. Champion the Intern Experience: Act as the dedicated HR Business Partner for our interns. You'll be their go-to person, fostering clear communication with mentors and providing support for all HR-related inquiries to ensure they have a valuable experience. Contribute to HR Initiatives: Get involved in meaningful projects focused on enhancing our company culture and improving the overall employee experience. Support Core HR Functions: Assist our compensation & benefits coordinators with essential HR management and payroll tasks, providing vital administrative support to the team.
