eProsima is a Spanish technology company with a global footprint. We develop high-performance middleware used worldwide in robotics, automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, and defense systems. Our software powers mission-critical applications where reliability, scalability, and performance matter.


As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations & Finance Specialist to strengthen our Operations team and help scale the company's internal processes.


The Role


You will work closely with the Operations Manager and the CEO, supporting key business functions across finance, administration, human resources, quality, and business operations.


This is a highly visible role with broad exposure to the inner workings of a growing international technology company.


We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, improving processes, and helping organizations scale efficiently.


Responsibilities


Finance & Administration

* Customer invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up.
* Supplier management and accounts payable support.
* Cash-flow monitoring and reporting preparation.
* Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
* Coordinate accounting and tax matters with external advisors.
* Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.

Human Resources

* Coordinate payroll, vacations, absences, and employee records.
* Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
* Manage HR-related documentation and processes.
* Coordinate with external payroll and HR providers.

Operations & Business Support

* Support project administration and internal reporting.
* Support grant management and publicly funded R&D projects.
* Maintain internal procedures and company documentation.
* Support ISO 9001 quality management activities.
* Help improve operational efficiency across the company.

Process Improvement & AI

* Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
* Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and reduce manual work.
* Contribute to building scalable internal systems as the company grows.


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* 3-7 years of professional experience in finance, administration, HR, operations, or similar business functions.
* Strong written and spoken English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar.
* Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.


Nice to Have

* Experience in technology companies.
* Experience managing grants, public funding programs, or R&D projects.
* Experience coordinating with accounting, tax, and payroll advisors.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
* Experience with CRM and reporting tools.
