In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting financial institutions on their transformation journey. Here's what you'll be doing:
Supporting transformation: Assist financial institutions in adapting to the changing environment by focusing on areas such as Operations in Banking & Insurance, Customer & Commercial Services, and Finance Transformation.
Analyzing business processes: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, spot areas for improvements, and propose solutions aligned with client’s strategic goals.
Facilitating workshops: Collaborate with subject matter experts to facilitate workshops, gather business and functional requirements, and define key assumptions and dependencies.
Coordinating activities: Take the initiative to coordinate and support activities across multiple teams, working closely with project/program managers to push solutions forward.
Context-driven initiatives: Operate within the context of client needs and your area of expertise, including Daily Banking, Lending, Invest, and Life or Non-Life Insurance.
What do you bring to the table?
This job is for you if you:
Educational background: Hold a master’s degree in Economics, Management, or a similar domain.
Experience: Have between 2 and 5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the financial sector, with knowledge of banking and/or insurance products and processes considered an asset.
Language proficiency: Possess native-level proficiency in Dutch and French, with profound knowledge of business English.
Eager to learn: Are eager to learn, move things forward, and tackle new challenges.

Stakeholder interaction: Can identify relevant stakeholders and interact with them accordingly.

Certifications: have certifications and/or practical experience in PMI, Prince 2, Lean, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), ADKAR/Prosci and ITIL, analytics (PowerBI, Tableau ...) will certainly be a bonus
