PpbPre-Sales Engineer – Belgium /b /p pWe are seeking a Sales Engineer to strengthen our Enterprise and Public sector Sales teams by providing technical expertise, building product solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer acquisition journey. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaster our platform and support the Sales team by providing insights, expertise, and the appropriate tools. /li liListen to and understand prospect needs, working internally on how Alan can address them. /li liBuild a thorough understanding of each prospect and assess functional alignment with our offering. /li liParticipate in RFP submissions and collaborate with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts to craft responses. /li liJoin the customer acquisition journey to evangelize our services and products. /li liAct as the voice of the customer, feeding platform roadmap improvements. /li liPrepare handover for delightful customer onboarding. /li liCoordinate the most complex customer onboardings. /li liCollaborate with peers in France to share best practices and build a global playbook. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 4+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment. /li liFluent written and verbal communication in English. /li liFluent written and verbal communication in Dutch or French. /li liBased in Belgium. /li liExperience with end-to-end procurement projects (buyer or supplier side) involving RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. /li liSkilled in pitching a product with transparency and without overselling its capabilities. /li liExcellent at active listening, requirement elicitation, and identifying the root cause of customer concerns. /li liAssertive with the ability to handle objections in a complex environment. /li liProficient at breaking down complex issues to identify product gaps and define solutions. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills at high level. /li liExcellent prioritization skills and the ability to meet commitments. /li liTeam player who is eager to learn and grow. /li /ul h3Preferred (but not required) /h3 ul liFluency in both Dutch and French. /li liExperience in insurance or health platforms. /li liExperience in HRIS or payroll solutions. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liFair rewards – generous equity packages complement your base salary. /li liFlexible office – our HQ in Brussels includes co‑working hubs in Ghent or Antwerp, or a full‑remote experience with home office equipment sponsorship. /li liAll essential tools – MacBook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and noise‑cancelling headphones. /li liFlexible vacation policy and working hours. /li liExtensive health insurance – 100% for you and your children, 90‑100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only). /li liGreen mobility budget for senior level employees. /li liLearning training opportunities – a flexible training policy with free books and a budget to attend conferences. /li liPersonal growth through coaching – each employee is paired with a dedicated coach from day one. /li liParental leave – extended leave for all new parents. /li /ul h3Important Note /h3 pWe hire people, not roles. /p pIf you are excited about this opportunity but do not check every box, we would love to hear from you.
