The Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to lead RealDev’s business growth and strengthen our presence across strategic markets. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships with key clients, and collaborate with technical teams to shape solutions that deliver real value.

What You’ll Do
* Drive RealDev’s business development strategy: Define and implement plans to expand our market reach, increase revenue, and support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
* Identify and qualify new opportunities: Proactively explore and assess new markets, sectors, and clients that align with RealDev’s technical strengths and strategic priorities.
* Develop strong, lasting client relationships: Build trust-based partnerships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business challenges and positioning RealDev as a preferred partner.
* Collaborate with technical and project teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions: Work hand-in-hand with RealDev’s engineers and project managers to translate client needs into technically sound, cost-effective, and innovative proposals that highlight RealDev’s added value.
* Drive the recruitment of engineers and technical talent: Identify, attract, and engage qualified automation and industrial engineering profiles.
* Negotiate and close strategic deals: Lead contract negotiations and ensure agreements are commercially sound and aligned with RealDev’s business objectives.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in business development or sales within engineering, automation, industrial technology, or related sectors.
* Strong understanding of technical sales cycles and ability to bridge the gap between engineering and business strategy.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
* A hands-on, results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy being in the action, not behind the scenes.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business potential and turn opportunities into successful partnerships.
* Fluent in DUTCH is a must, french & english.
