Your Daily Responsibilities? Maintain a clean and safe workspace by strictly following hygiene and safety standards – no shortcuts. Accurately assemble and package products, both manually and using machines, with a strong focus on detail. Follow production guidelines carefully to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Replenish and manage stock to keep operations running without interruption. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere – teamwork is essential to success. Profiel Experience in production is a plus, but your motivation to learn and strong work ethic are what matter most. You communicate clearly in Dutch and/or English and collaborate effectively within the DeliBarn team. You have solid technical insight and a hands-on mindset, allowing you to solve problems efficiently. You are flexible and can work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. You adapt easily to different work situations and help maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
