At Cantillana NV – Facade, you will ensure the overall performance of the Service Centre and guarantee a smooth, efficient and customer-oriented organisation. You will supervise the operational, logistics and customer service teams and play a key role in continuous improvement, service quality and internal coordinati
**on.
Your responsibilit**

Lead and support teams: work organisation, skills development and performance manage
- ment.Ensure day-to-day operational management: planning, logistics coordination, process optimisation and quality con
- trol.Guarantee an impeccable customer experience: monitoring needs, managing complaints, corrective actions and loyalty buil
- ding.Manage the operational budget and monitor expenditure, while identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitabi
- lity.Oversee stock and collaboration with suppliers, ensuring product availability and inventory reliabi
- lity.Ensure legal compliance, site safety and risk manage
- ment.Analyse performance (KPIs), prepare reports and make strategic recommendat
- ions.Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, technical, finance, HR) and external part
- ners.Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives in Service Centre operat

Your pr**
* ofile:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, supply chain, sales or equi
- valent.Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, logistics or service centre mana
- gement.Solid experience in team management and continuous impro
- vement.Excellent organisational, problem-solving and customer relationship management
- skills.Analytical vision, KPI culture and proficiency in ERP/CRM
- tools.Excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and E
