Are you ready to take full ownership of a high-impact retail business in Belgium and Luxembourg?
At Kraft Heinz, we are looking for a Sales Manager Retail Belux to join our Benelux Sales Leadership Team. Reporting to the Sales Director Retail Benelux, you will lead the Retail Belux business with full accountability for commercial performance, customer development, and team leadership.
This is a role for a strong commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will shape channel strategy, lead key negotiations, grow senior customer relationships, and inspire a high-performing team in a dynamic and competitive market.
What you will do
As Sales Manager Retail Belux, you will:
1. Lead, coach and develop the Belux Retail sales team
2. Define and implement the Retail Belux channel strategy to drive profitable growth and market share
3. Own annual customer negotiations at both local and international level, in partnership with the relevant teams
4. Build and strengthen relationships with key retail customers and senior stakeholders
5. Drive business performance with full P&L ownership and accountability
6. Monitor, analyze and present monthly, quarterly and annual results
7. Lead the day-to-day commercial and operational performance of the Belgium and Luxembourg Retail business
8. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial execution and impactful activations
9. Leverage Kraft Heinz consumer platforms, such as Tomorrowland, with retail customers through 360-campaign activations that strengthen brand visibility, shopper engagement, and joint business impact.

We are looking for someone with:
10. A Master’s degree
11. Full professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English
12. 7+ years of proven experience in the Belux Retail channel
13. Strong leadership experience, including team management and people development
14. Solid experience managing key retail customers in Belgium and Luxembourg
15. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action
16. Proven experience in complex negotiations and buying group management
17. A strong track record of delivering business growth and leading with ownership
18. Experience working cross-functionally on large-scale commercial or marketing initiatives
19. The confidence to operate autonomously in a visible leadership role
