Job Location: São Paulo. Job Type: Full-time.
As a Digital Media Trader, you’ll have the responsibility to implement, execute, and optimize the media activations of some of our most important leading brands. You’ll be part of the regional digital media team, bringing innovation to plans, staying informed on industry trends, and assessing consumer and competitive dynamics.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for full funnel campaign management and execution in all main digital media platforms for Programmatic, Search, Social, and Video.
* Work alongside Digital Planners to ensure digital campaigns effectively reach the identified target audience and deliver strong media results.
* Analyze, track, and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis. Measure campaign performance.
* Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
* Bring innovative ideas about campaign strategies and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace, and documenting industry trends.
* Connect externally to stay on top of industry and consumer trends.
* Continuously improve media processes, solve problems, and troubleshoot to achieve a streamlined operation.
* Act as a steward of brand media investments to build channel allocations and adapt to budget changes as needed.
Qualifications
* Mandatory experience in media of 3+ years.
* Mastery of digital campaigns’ setup, optimization and reporting.
* AI tools knowledge is a plus.
* Software, Equipment and Tools: Microsoft Office Package.
* Deep understanding of Buying Platforms including Google Ads (Adwords), DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Programmatic Media, TikTok, etc.
* General understanding of Digital Planning Platforms such as Facebook Campaign Planner, Google Reach Planner, etc.
* Ad serving and audit tools management (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus.
* Intermediate English.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Live or have mobility to São Paulo - SP.
* Preferable: Experience working with CPG companies is highly appreciated.
