Network Engineer – Data Centre Project
Location: Flemish region
Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract
Rate: Excellent Daily Rates up to €700 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join a brand-new data centre project based in the Flemish area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale infrastructure environment with long-term potential on a 6-month rolling contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, configuration, and support of network infrastructure within a data centre environment
* Troubleshooting and resolving network issues across enterprise systems
* Working with switching, routing, and firewall technologies
* Supporting deployments, upgrades, and ongoing optimisation projects
* Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on critical infrastructure delivery
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in network engineering within enterprise or data centre environments
* Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking technologies
* Good understanding of routing and switching protocols
* Previous data centre project experience is highly desirable
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
* Must be fluent in Flemish (ideally) and English
* Must be based in Belgium or able to work onsite in the Flemish region
* Available to start at short notice preferred
