?? Your Mission
As a Part-Time IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth IT operations. You'll support users across the organization, providing timely and effective solutions both remotely and on-site.
??? Your Responsibilities
* Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or MS Teams
* Assess and prioritize incoming issues based on urgency
* Troubleshoot and resolve common PC/laptop problems (network, printing, Wi-Fi, A/V, etc.)
* Escalate complex cases to senior IT staff when needed
* Provide hands-on support on-site in Brussels
Profil
* 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
* Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 (especially MS Teams)
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
* Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
* Fast learner with attention to detail
* Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
* Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus
Offre
* Interim contract (3-6 months) with the possibility of a permanent full-time role
* Flexible part-time schedule (approx. 20-24 hours/week), ideally weekday mornings or afternoons
* A salary of 3000-3800€ gross on a full time equivalent
* Centrally located office in Brussels, easily accessible by public transport
