What You Will Do: Proactively sell by phone and use your negotiation skills to convince customers. Prepare tailored quotations and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Review customer orders for accuracy: pricing, part numbers, delivery terms, etc. Manage the backlog and proactively follow up on orders, shipping dates, and changes. Handle customer questions—both commercial and basic technical (with support from experts). Assist Account Managers with preparing offers and identifying new business opportunities. Communicate with suppliers, Purchasing, Warehouse, Credit, and other internal departments. Handle customer concerns and claims in a professional, solution-oriented manner. Who You Are: You are an energetic, mature customer-oriented team player with a healthy dose of assertiveness. You also have: A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience Experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally in a technical environment Fluency in Dutch, English, and French Strong administrative skills and proficiency with MS Office and SAP Confident in engaging with customers, including via phone, and building strong relationships A structured and accurate work style The ability to stay calm under pressure A proactive, solution-driven mindset Willingness to learn and confidence using digital tools and systems Rea dy to make an impact?
