We're seeking an interim hands-on PMO Lead to steer local operations and manage operational/strategical initiatives. This is a generalist role with responsibility across project management, finance support, and on-the-ground coordination.
What You'll Do:
* Lead operations and project initiatives for the Spainish hub location
* Act as the link between HQ and on-ground teams - ensuring strong communication and reporting
* Support cost control, budgeting, and financial KPI tracking
* Coordinate across workplace, finance, comms, and potential event planning
* Drive operational discipline and reporting structures as the hub scales
What You Bring:
* 5+ years in PMO, operations, consulting, or business coordination roles
* Strong analytical skills and understanding of numbers
* Experience with transformations beneficial
* Excellent stakeholder and communication abilities
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, partially ambiguous environment
Start: January 2026
Initial Contract Length: 6 Months
Capacity: 40 hours per week
