Job Description
Join our Outlet Team for our Calvin Klein corner in Maasmechelen as a Store Manager (m/f/d) in a full-time position of 35 hours per week! Under the supervision of the Area Manager, you will manage and oversee the operational functioning of the store’s corners in line with the sales strategy to achieve set goals. You will ensure customers are welcomed and their loyalty maintained, guide and motivate teams through appropriate training, and maintain a positive social climate. As a brand ambassador, you promote the image of the store brands.
Commercial
* Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets.
* Apply sales techniques and train the team.
* Manage merchandising and execute sales activities.
* Implement visual merchandising (VM) rules and inventory management.
Management
* Manage and mobilize a team of 13 people.
* Plan activities and direct staff.
* Develop internal skills and communicate effectively with senior management.
Management / Organization
* Monitor administrative procedures.
* Manage scheduling and monitor performance (P&L).
* Use management tools (Fiori) and track performance indicators.
* Comply with work rules and budgets.
