Are you looking for an internship (estágio) at an international organization in São Paulo, with a focus on business administration and management consulting? Are you motivated to represent Sweden—one of the world’s leading countries in innovation and sustainability—and support Swedish companies in entering and expanding their footprint in Brazil? We are currently recruiting 1–2 interns to join our team in São Paulo.
As an intern at Business Sweden, you will have a broad role combining hands‑on operational work with analytical and consulting‑oriented tasks. You will support both the day‑to‑day operations of the office and our Business Support Services clients (Swedish companies co‑located at our office), while also contributing to a variety of business consulting projects.
Your responsibilities will include market research and data collection, developing industry reports and business insights, perform business analyses, prepare management and client reports, and participate in meeting programs, events, and delegations. In parallel, you will to some extent support with managing suppliers and handling invoices, purchasing and controlling office supplies, preparing client accounts as part of back‑office support, as well as taking care of internal stakeholders and incoming visitors.
The work is both operational and analytical, offering a solid introduction to business consulting in an international context.
You will mainly work with colleagues and projects in Brazil, but as Business Sweden is a global organization with more than 500 consultants worldwide, strong communication skills in English are required. Fluency in Portuguese is a prerequisite.
There are good opportunities for continued employment at Business Sweden after the internship, provided you demonstrate strong performance, the right attitude, and a genuine interest in business advisory and consultancy services.
