For an international customer in Limburg, I am searching for a Crisis Manager to work in a supply chain - warehouse context, responsible for restoring order, safety, and compliance within the organization during situations of disruption, non-compliance, or acute operational problems. The role focuses on rapid intervention, structural improvement, and ensuring continuity. ResponsabilitiesCrisis analysis & problem diagnosis:Rapidly identify violations, risks, and causes of non-compliance.Perform risk analyses and impact assessments.Report findings to management or MT.Enforcement:Enforce existing rules, safety regulations, and procedures.Implement immediate measures to prevent escalation.Provide guidance to supervisors and operational staff.Respond to violations according to established guidelines and escalation models.Operational crisis management:Coordinating actions between departments (logistics, HR, safety, planning, production, customer care, etc.).Acting as a central point of contact during incidents or structural crises.Communication & stakeholder management:Clear communication to employees about rules, changes, and measures.Reporting to management, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders.Conflict mediation and managing resistance within teams.Structural improvement:Establishing or improving compliance processes, controls, and KPIs.Evaluating incidents and implementing improvement initiatives.Training and coaching employees and managers in compliance and safety awareness.
